we enjoyed it, especially its rooms and service. close to the beach. the breakfast's price is 236 thb per person. balcony was a good bonus. moreover, we could use free wifi.

The location is in the heart of the city. I could easily get to central festival pattaya beach because it was only 1 mile away.

We had a car, so 5 minutes drive to central festival pattaya beach. Room met every demand. A wide array of options for breakfast. Nice to have pool.
